ORDERS & PRICING
When placing an order, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all details supplied in the order are correct & true. iKARATE® cannot accept liability for tickets or goods sent with errors made by the ordering party. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders, either in part or whole. Goods will only be dispatched after full payment has been received. The prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars $AUD and are GST inclusive.
DELIVERY TIMES
Ticket purchases will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours upon receipt of order and payment. Entry may be refused if tickets or confirmation of purchase cannot be produced. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided. Tickets must not be re-sold or offered for re-sale at a premium. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
Orders with physical goods will be delivered within 5-7 business days on receipt of order and payment. Delivery times may be affected by the delivery location or if the goods are not in stock. An estimate for delivery can be requested before or after making an order. iKARATE® relies on third Party delivery systems such as Australia Post for delivery and unfortunately delays may occur that are beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays.
EXCHANGE / REFUND
Once confirmed and purchased, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available except as required by law.
If a product ordered and purchased from the iKARATE® website is found to be broken or faulty it can be returned for exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. This is the only reason goods can be exchanged as we do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns. The goods must be in their original unused form and have a valid receipt to be accepted for exchange. The customer must also pay return freight charges. To exchange goods please email info@ikarate.com.au describing the fault or problem condition of the goods and we will assess that e-mail and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), based on that assessment. We will provide you with address details of where to send your return with that RAN. You must pack the goods at least as well as they were packed when they were originally dispatched to you and include the issued RAN with your goods. As soon as the goods have been received, replacement goods will be forwarded.

We respect those individuals’ privacy and will ensure that we deal with their personal information in accordance with the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that all personal information which we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up to date, stored in a secure environment and accessed only by authorised personnel for permitted purposes.
