Description
ASP – Advanced Sparring Development Class is designed for development sparring skills from beginner to advanced. It is an intelligent curriculum that has been proven to improve co-ordination, techniques, balance, power and all aspects of sparring. Like everything, the more practice you get the better you can become at something – this allows the student to practice sparring every week, not only a few times a term. More sparring = better results, simple.
This class is particularly useful to help students gain confidence in the ring and to help them excel.
This is for one day a week during school term – If attending multiple days, please add x2 or x3 to your cart, depending on how many days you go, or if paying for multiple students.
